What to Expect Our Approach to Clinical Supervision

My goal throughout the supervision process is to provide you an effective balance of guidance, support to help you develop both personally and professionally. My role is to create a safe and supportive environment in which you can explore, process, grow, and learn. I truly enjoy helping supervisees grow into unique professionals.

Sessions will be structured and purposeful, while focusing on specific clinical skills counseling theory & approaches, professional self-care and awareness, client welfare, tailoring treatment methods to client needs, and professional/administrative responsibilities.

My role as a supervisor is also to ensure that ethical and high-quality counselors enter the profession. I work with each supervisee towards achieving that goal using a variety of methods and through the development of an encouraging and supportive supervision relationship.
