Fees & Insurance

How Much Does Therapy Cost?

Whether you’re planning ahead or just getting started, it’s important to understand what to expect when it comes to payment and insurance. Below you’ll find everything you need to know,
clearly and simply.

Current Session Details

Insurance Information

I am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Premera, Regence, Aetna, and Carelon.

Before your first session, I recommend checking with your insurance provider to ask:

Good Faith Estimate

If you’re not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected cost of services.

This estimate is required under the No Surprises Act and helps ensure transparency in your care. You can request it before your first session or at any time.

If your final bill is $400 or more than the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.

For more details, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

A Note on Practice Changes

I’m currently practicing in Washington State, offering in-person and virtual therapy. You may still see my former business name, Delia Counseling Services, online but moving forward, I’ll be practicing under Susan Delia Counseling & Consulting.

If you live in Washington or are curious whether I can see clients in your state, feel free to reach out.

Get Clear About Therapy Costs — Without the Stress

I know navigating therapy, insurance, and costs can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make things as clear and low-stress as possible.
